Hacktonix is the 4th edition of the in-person grand hackathon under Phoenix '25, the annual techno-management fest of the Future Institute of Engineering and Management, organized by Team Xplorica.

This event is all about working in teams, using your brains, and blending up all your ideas to come up with an innovative and out-of-the-box project. This is a 24-hour-long in-person hackathon aiming to bring young creative minds together.

Prove your worth in these 24 hours by ideating, innovating, and hacking meaningful solutions to real-life problems.

Hacktonix will be divided into two rounds:

• 1st Round (Date: 9th March to 22nd March 2025)
  • Register your team on Devfolio portal and submit your idea.
  • Submission of your Idea following the provided sample .ppt.
  • Shortlisting (Date: 26th March 2025)
  • Shortlisted top 30 teams will be proceeding to the next round.
  • If your team is shortlisted you have to fill up a google form which will be provided to you via a confirmation mail, where you have to pay an amount of Rs. 250/- per team ASAP. Failing will lead to disqualification of the team.
  • Those teams will be informed by mail on 26th March, 2025 at EOD and teams will have to confirm their participation for the offline hackathon before 28th March, 2025 by e-mail.
• In-Person Final Round (Date: 5th April to 6th April, 2025)
  • 24 hrs In-Person Hackathon on FIEM Campus where they will have to build the project over the idea that they have submitted previously.
  • Teams will be presenting their project in front of the judge’s panel.

Note:

• The shortlisted participants will have to bear their own food and travel expenses.
• Accommodation will only be provided on the day of the hackathon.
• Wi-Fi & two plug points will be provided by us. If needed teams are advised to bring their own extension cords.
